Shipping methods and delivery times

You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Heavy or irregularly shaped items may take longer.

Order tracking: Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. The tracking information will also be available if you log in to your account online.

We ship most packages via USPS Priority or First-Class Mail.

Shipping costs

  • Standard shipping (default): $5 – $15. The exact shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your products and your location (distance from our store in Salem, Oregon). Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
  • Heavy or irregularly shaped items: Price Varies. Heavy or irregularly shaped items may cost more to ship than what is shown on the checkout screen. You will be contacted with the updated shipping cost if there is a large difference between our estimated and actual shipping cost.
  • Pickup from store: Free. Pickup from our store in Salem, Oregon is free. You will be given the option to select “pickup from store” during checkout.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Missing or lost packages

Once a package is picked up by the carrier service, Journeys… A Center for Your Soul releases responsibility for the shipment.

Journeys… A Center for Your Soul is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen or rejected by the customer or customer receiving representative, once they have been successfully delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that the location that your order is being shipped to is safe, reliable, and secure.

Returns

We do not accept returns. However, in many cases, we can offer in-store credit. Please call us at (503) 991-5091 or email us at info@journeysacenterforyoursoul.com within 30 days of the purchase date if you’d like to request to return an item for in-store credit.

What if an item arrives damaged?

We are liberal with the bubble wrap, but if something does arrive damaged or defective, please let us know. Call us at (503) 991-5091 or email us at info@journeysacenterforyoursoul.com within 2 days of the package arrival date for a refund or replacement of the damaged item.

Exchanges

Since we only carry small quantities of many of our items, we cannot guarantee exchanges. If an equivalent item does not exist, we can provide in-store credit. Please call us at (503) 991-5091 or email us at info@journeysacenterforyoursoul.com within 30 days of the purchase date if you’d like to exchange an item.
