Treatment Approach

My role as a counselor is to partner with you to help you achieve your goals. I work from a person-centered perspective that incorporates solution-focused, narrative, and cognitive behavioral techniques.

In our sessions, I provide a warm, genuine, and understanding environment where you can express yourself freely. My intention is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable exploring your goals and aspirations and developing a clear roadmap towards achieving those goals. We will work together to determine your strengths and utilize those strengths to create a sense of personal empowerment and emotional wellbeing.
