Amy Cozad-Weiss MA, Professional Counselor Associate

Together we can find empowerment by unlocking your creative self, recognizing your strengths and weaknesses, and gaining helpful insight about our journey into the world and future.

Treatment Approach

My integrative approach to counseling is person-centered, existential, and Jungian with expressive art modalities. I believe that you are the expert in your life. I am passionate about finding our meaning and how our patterns, good or bad affect our growth and potential.

The type of clients I walk beside are those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, divorce, loss and grief. I hold deep empathy for those who are undergoing life transitions with the intention of self-growth and awareness. I enjoy helping couples find new healing patterns through conflict resolution, relationship maintenance, and growth.

Together we can find empowerment by unlocking your creative self, recognizing your strengths and weaknesses, and gaining helpful insight about our journey into the world and future. I bring empathy and acceptance into your healing and journey.
