Feeling overwhelmed by school stress or decisions on what’s next? Feeling isolated? Join us to find community with other students just like you. The group offers a safe place to share your struggles and receive support from other students. High school or college level students are welcome to join.

What to expect:

  • A space to talk about topics such as stress, coping, school transitions, and finding community support.
  • A safe place to find connection, compassion, and acceptance from other high school and college level students.
  • Ice breakers and discussion prompts.

This support group is led by Kourtney Linebaugh, MSW Intern.

About Kourtney: I am a graduate student at Portland State University working towards a master’s degree in social work with a focus on clinical practice. I have worked alongside families living with addiction, provided crisis intervention support, case management, and individual therapy. My practice focuses on empowering others to grow, heal, and find connection to their true selves.
