Theresa Peters LCSW
I am a non-traditional therapist who works with the mind-body-spirit connection.
Bio
I believe in creating a therapeutic relationship that allows for trust, growth, and self-discovery. I am honored and grateful to share this opportunity and believe that people deserve to heard, happy and whole.
Though I have a broad scope of traditional therapy models, I also embody a holistic approach to therapy. Using my knowledge of family systems theory, attachment, and cognitive behavior therapies along with implementing Energy Psychology, I work from a (whole) person perspective. I am an intuitive empath who uses these abilities to help guide individuals to their unique truth.
In addition to my education, I have experience working with many other agencies such as Willamette Valley Hospice, Marion County Disabilities Program, Marion County Juvenile system, Department of Human Services, and Trillium Children’s home. These experiences have enriched my life and allowed me to build countless relationships.
