Bio

I began my career as a massage therapist in 1996 after graduating from Ralston School of Massage in Reno, Nevada. Initially my focus was on therapeutic massage with study involving craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, zero balancing, acupressure and reflexology. I also worked as a physical therapy aid in a clinical environment. After moving to Maui in 2002, my focus began to shift to more relaxation modalities, including Pohaku (hot stones) and Hawaiian LomiLomi.

Along my journey, I have found that deep relaxation massage, in conjunction with any of the more focused modalities I have learned, is most beneficial in assisting clients with pain relief, stress relief, and enhanced homeostasis.

My goal is to give people a place where they can be at complete ease and not have to worry about a single thing, even if it’s just for an hour. I want you to have a massage experience that combines what you want from a massage and what your body needs for healing. I incorporate natural healing balms and essential oils, catered to your individual needs. I got into massage to be able to facilitate healing, and I’m skilled in assessing the best way to help you. I truly believe that all things are meant to heal, I’m here to guide you through the process. I’ve got your back!
