Lelania Ketola, MEd, Professional Counselor Associate
I believe all people are capable of change and growth. We will identify areas where change is needed and work together to find solutions in a safe space.

Treatment Approach
I believe all people are capable of change and growth. Beginning counseling can feel unfamiliar, but meaningful change happens in the context of connection. I view therapy as a collaborative partnership where we identify areas for growth and work together in a safe, supportive space.
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a starting point, while drawing from a range of approaches based on your needs. My work is flexible, strengths-based, and focused on the whole person. Together, we’ll build insight, develop practical skills, and support lasting change.
