I believe massage therapy is more than just relaxation. It is an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves.

As a full spectrum doula and birthworker of 16 years, coming into bodywork felt like a natural next step. I have witnessed the art of surrender and movement as the body moves through incredible transitions. I have also seen how often people can feel disconnected from their body, self, and spirit.

I am devoted to supporting people from all walks of life in reconnecting with their bodies and essence through intentional, hands-on therapeutic care. Every session is designed to meet clients where they are, blending techniques that bring calm, nurturing, and functionality back to the body.

Inclusive care is at the heart of my practice. I strive to create a space where all clients feel safe, seen, held, and cared for.
