Carmen Hilke, LCSW
I am passionate about helping individuals awaken and embrace all the parts of themselves.

Treatment Approach
I use a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered theory, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
I also use the modality of Essence Illumination, which is a process that explores and illuminates the essence of who you are. Essence Illumination takes the perspective that all people are whole and complete, but may have barriers or blocks around the expression of their higher selves.
About
Through both personal and professional experience I have found self rejection and self hatred to be a common barrier that holds people back from inner peace and happiness.
I am honored to have the opportunity to walk with others through their journey as they learn to love their whole self and create balance in their lives.
