Annie Woodworth, Professional Counselor Associate

Treatment Approach
There is a strength in asking for help in a time of need. My approach with clients is with a sense of curiosity that allows your story to unfold at a pace that you are comfortable with. Discussing personal feelings, thoughts and experiences can be challenging, but it is such a beneficial step to becoming the person that you want to be. I believe that all people are capable of making changes that will add positively to life.
No one is exempt from the many challenges that come with being a human, and I am a firm believer that having someone to walk through them with makes a world of difference. My goal is to create a space of safety and mutual respect so that you and I can learn and grow together.
I work from a person-centered perspective that incorporates cognitive-behavioral and behavioral techniques.
