The Inner Circle: A Girls Group for Tweens

This group is a supportive space for tween girls (ages 9–13) to connect, grow, and be real together. We’ll explore common challenges like anxiety, perfectionism, friendship, social media, and self-esteem while building confidence and learning to quiet the inner critic. Most importantly, this group is about connection and having a place to feel understood, supported, and not alone as we grow into the best versions of ourselves.
