Stress Reduction Support Group
Feeling overwhelmed and stressed by life? You are not alone. Finding connection and community with others who are experiencing the same feelings can help offer support, encouragement, and strength when you need it the most.
What to expect:
- A small peer group with space created to share your experiences of life stressors and learn from others.
- Brief mindfulness and breathing exercises will be added in either the beginning or ending the group meeting.
- A safe place to find connection, compassion, and acceptance.
This support group is led by Kourtney Linebaugh, MSW Intern.
About Kourtney: My approach is grounded in compassion, mindfulness, and acceptance. I have over 10 years of experience in mindfulness and meditation practices of various traditions. I am a graduate student at Portland State University working towards a master’s degree in social work with a focus on clinical practice. I have worked alongside adult children of alcoholics, families living with addiction, and provided crisis intervention support.
