Stress Management During a Pandemic
Stress is something we all experience, and it is beneficial for us to develop the ability to manage it. This last year has been especially stressful, so Journeys is offering a free class on stress management via Zoom.
The purpose of this class is to discuss what stress is, to understand it, and to explore ways in which you can manage it. Each week will cover different topics such as Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes (TLC), mindfulness, self-care, and other strategies to help you manage stress.
Classes will be held on Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM for 6 weeks beginning February 13th. If you have any questions, please call our front desk at (503) 991-5091.
