Bring your own mat to lie down on the floor and, if you want, a light blanket and head support. The chairs provided will not be comfy for hypnosis, so bring whatever you will be comfortable with on the floor. I will provide paper and pen but you may bring your own journal if you would prefer.

In this group regression, Katy GhostHorse will teach you the basic techniques of visualization and will lead you via light trance and visualization on a journey to explore one of your past lives. Expect a relaxing journey into your inner world, where you connect with forgotten places and people.

Before you arrive for the session, have one question in mind that you want to find the answer to, then sit back, relax, let go, trust, and receive to see what past life your soul chooses to help answer that question. Katy will also guide you to meet your main spiritual guide or angel who has been with you since birth.

Additional Information

  • Because of disruption of light trance when people come in late, there will be no admittance after 2pm. This ensures a quiet space for the rest of the class.
  • There are no guarantees that this regression will yield a past life or your guide or guardian angel. Your ability to go into trance depends on your ability to let go, trust, allow, and receive in a group session.
  • Prepare yourself before you come. The more present in the “now” you are, the calmer you’ll be and the easier it will be for you to transition into a light trance. Leave your stress, worries, burdens, and anxiety at home, work, or wherever. This time is for you. Come and enjoy!
