Itinerary

We have a full itinerary, a preview of the first five days is below.

Day 1: London

We will arrive in London around noon and be met by our coach and driver, who will remain with us our entire time in England. After settling in at our hotel, The Grange Bloom Hotel, we will be free to hop on a double decker bus for a tour of one of the world’s most exciting cities, or take a short nap if you prefer. This evening we will enjoy a different type of tour of London, a ghost walk through alleyways, courtyards and the cities most paranormally active building. London has the reputation of being the most haunted capital city in the world and did we mention that The Grange Bloom is rumored to be haunted?

Day 2: Bath

After breakfast we will head to the ancient city of Bath, where we will spend the next four nights at Leigh Park Hotel in beautiful Bradford-on-Avon. We begin with a tour of the Roman Baths, we will walk where the Romans walked 2000 years ago beside the steaming pool of mineral water. We will enjoy a 3 course lunch in the pump room and participate in the age-old tradition of sampling the waters. After lunch we will luxuriate in the naturally warm, mineral rich waters of the Minerva bath, relax in the steam rooms and enjoy the open-air roof top pool with magnificent views of the city. After this rich experience we will return to our hotel for dinner prepared with locally grown organic produce.

Day 3: Glastonbury

We begin today with our private guide, who will be with us for the rest of our time in England. She will take us on a journey into the mysteries of Glastonbury and the deep feminine. We will be guided on a meditation walk through the gardens of the Chalice Well. Here we will drink and cleanse in the healing pools, meditate on the Blue Bowl, Glastonbury’s own Grail which is charged with spiritual powers. We will climb Glastonbury Tor, with its seven spiraled labyrinth topped by a ruined tower. Finally we will visit Glastonbury Abbey, with it’s fascinating Arthurian legends and lore.

Day 4: Avebury

Today’s adventure begins in Avebury, a village that sits at the centre of giant stone circles and avenues. We will ritually enter the stones and wander among them, attuning to their energies. A short way from the stones lies the mysterious pyramid shaped Silbury Hill and the chambered mound of West Kennett Long Barrow, an ancient entrance to the underworld.

Day 5: Cornwall

After breakfast we leave the city of Bath behind as we move Eastward to the old, Celtic kingdom of Cornwall and the romantic castle ruins of Tintagel, the legendary birthplace of King Arthur. We will enter Merlin’s Cave, an extraordinary portal to the other-world. We’ll walk through magical St. Nectan’s Glen and it’s fairy-haunted woods and waterfalls and the bronze age labyrinth carvings in Rocky Valley.
