We own a lovely, furnished, and stylish three-story building that hosts numerous office spaces, a conference room, and our shop. Our conference room and store retail space are available for rent at a reasonable rate to individuals, professionals, and organizations.

Event Advertisement
If your event is open to the public, we’ll post it on our website events calendar and Facebook page to encourage sign-ups (unless you don't want us to).
Event Tickets
If you want attendees to be able to register online, you have the option of making tickets available online through our website. Journeys will process the payment for tickets purchased through the website and payout the organizer within three days of the event.
Beverages
Coffee, tea, and water service is available for an additional fee.

This is a cozy space in the center of Journeys well-suited for small meetings.

Journeys Store

Our retail store is available for rent on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

Deposits are due at least 7 days before the start of the event. If you’ve reserved the space on multiple days, the deposit is due at least 7 days before the first date in the series. The remaining balance for renting the space (minus the deposit) is due at the end of the event. If you’ve reserved the space on multiple days, payments are due at the end of each event in the series. Payments can be made online with a credit card or in-person with cash or check.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 14 day cancellation policy. If you cancel with more than 14days of notice, we will refund your deposit in full. Otherwise, your deposit will not be refunded. We do ask that you give us as much notice as possible when cancelling so another group has the opportunity to use the space.

Food and Alcohol

Renters are welcome to bring food and drink as long as the space is left in a condition ready for use by the next event or renter. Alcohol is allowed. It is the responsibility of the renter to obey all applicable Oregon laws including proof of banquet permit and necessary insurance and the absolute prohibition of service to minors and intoxicated persons. Journeys is not liable for persons consuming alcoholic beverages.

Set-Up and Take-Down Time

Renters are allowed 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after each event to allow for set-up, clean-up, and changeover from one event to the next. Rental rates apply to the amount of time the space is reserved specifically for your event. In other words, you are not charged for the set-up and take-down time.

Decorations

Please do not use tacks, nails, or tape on the painted surfaces of walls. If there has been any damage to or loss of Journeys property attributable to you, the renter, are held responsible and agree to compensate Journeys for the cost of repair or replacement of the property.
