I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Master Addiction Counselor assisting individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and lead more fulfilling lives.

Bio

My practice foundations are in cognitive behavioral therapy, and other solution-focused interventions.

I have trained under Steven Rollnick, a co-founder of Motivational Interviewing – the current therapeutic standard for treating substance use disorders and other addictions. I also use EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) psychotherapy to assist clients experiencing the emotional and physical impacts of traumatic life events.

I believe each individual brings strengths in addition to difficulties when entering therapy. I can help harness these assets for progress and growth.
