Bio
Kristy Arneson, DC, LMT, began her career as a massage therapist in 2012 after graduating from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Initially focusing on therapeutic massage, Kristy specialized in craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, pin and stretch, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques.
In 2016, Kristy moved to Bloomington, Minnesota, and started chiropractic school, which shifted her focus to understanding the relationship between muscles and joints. Along her journey, she discovered the importance of considering the impact of emotions, diet, and other lifestyle factors on the body.
