Shipping methods and delivery times
You can expect delivery within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Heavy or irregularly shaped items may take longer.
Order tracking: Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. The tracking information will also be available if you log in to your account online.
We ship most packages via USPS Priority or First-Class Mail.
- Standard shipping (default): $5 – $15. The exact shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your products and your location (distance from our store in Salem, Oregon). Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
- Pickup from store: Free. Pickup from our store in Salem, Oregon is free. You will be given the option to select “pickup from store” during checkout.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Missing or lost packages
Once a package is picked up by the carrier service, Journeys… A Center for Your Soul releases responsibility for the shipment.
Journeys… A Center for Your Soul is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen or rejected by the customer or customer receiving representative, once they have been successfully delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that the location that your order is being shipped to is safe, reliable, and secure.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
To be eligible for a full refund, the item must also be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
The following items may be elligible for a partial refund.
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
The following items cannot be returned for any refund.
- Perishable goods such as food and flowers
- Gift cards
- Virtual products
- Some health and personal care items
- Sale items
To return an item
Package the item along with the original packing slip.

Alternatively, you can bring the item into our store along with the packing slip (if purchased online) or the receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.Please allow 7-14 business days after receipt of returned items for the credit to appear.
Since we only carry small quantities of many of our items, we cannot guarantee exchanges. Please send us a message at email@example.com if you’d like to exchange an item.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
If you are returning an expensive item, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
What if an item arrives damaged?
We are liberal with the bubble wrap, but if something does arrive damaged or defective, please let us know. Email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or replacement of the damaged item.
We will gladly cover return shipping for incorrect, damaged, or defective items.
