Treatment Approach

Life does not always take us in the direction we expect it to go, and sometimes we don’t know where we are headed or what we need to get through difficult moments. Sometimes we need more than behavioral changes. Sometimes we just need someone to listen, to understand us, and support us as we move toward where we are meant to be. It is my intention to be that person for you.

Bio

After graduating with a BA in Psychology from Hawaii Pacific University in 2012, I found work as a Behavior Interventionist. My experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and Behavior Analysis Interventionists (RBAI) at Kadiant Mental Health Services has granted me extensive opportunities to work with children with developmental disabilities and their families.

Growing up in a military family provided me the opportunity to live in a number of different states and countries, such as Hawaii, California, and Japan. I left Hawaii and moved to Oregon in 2018. These unique experiences have exposed me to a variety of cultures, and I feel confident in my ability to connect with clients of all backgrounds. My life journey and current profession have led me to pursue a degree in counseling in order to further enhance my integrative approach to therapy and behavioral services.
